Christmas and New Year have been and gone. During this time there was nothing that could be done to either cottage or garden due to the time of year. February 2019 saw the cold starting to lift and a transformation starting to come about in the downstairs bedroom.

Most of August was taken up clearing out all of the plaster gathered in the centre of the floors in each of the rooms of the cottage ready for the stone walls to be cleaned and pointed.
